Not at all! While our coaches are trained in the Korean vocal methodology, 95% of our students actually learn American pop, R&B, and other genres. The Korean training system works for any style of singing — it's the method that's different, not the song selection.

Yes! Most of our students are hobbyists who started with little to no vocal training. Our coaches are experienced at working with all levels — from absolute beginners to audition-level performers. We start with a free 15-minute vocal analysis to understand exactly where you are and create a personalized learning plan.

Book a 15-minute Google Meet with our English-speaking assessment lead. Sending a singing clip is optional. If you send one before the call, you review it together and receive a PDF breakdown within 24 hours. Without a clip, the call focuses on your goals, coach fit, and lesson options rather than a vocal diagnosis.

Each lesson is a 1:1 Zoom session with your Korean industry coach and a bilingual interpreter. They listen to your voice, diagnose issues in real-time, and work through technique personalized to YOUR voice. After every session you get detailed lesson notes and a full video recording to review.

All lessons include a trained & tested bilingual vocal interpreter — not just any translator. They're specifically trained in vocal technique terminology and pass rigorous testing. Students consistently say translations are 'clear and precise' and make lessons feel natural. Don't need an interpreter? Eligible packages include bonus lessons instead — the exact count is shown on each plan.

Unused lessons (no usage yet): Full refund before expiry, minus payment processor fees. Partial refunds: Amount = total paid minus (lessons used × per-lesson rate) minus 10% cancellation fee. Minimum $0. First-package guarantee: Your first paid package gets special protection — if unsatisfied after your first lesson, get a full refund (minus that 1 lesson) within 72 hours. This guarantee ends once you start your second lesson. Expired packages: No refunds once the validity period ends. Processing: Refunds go back to your original payment method; payment processor fees are always deducted. For legal withdrawal periods (7 days in some regions, 14 in EU, etc.), the 10% fee does not apply.
