No. You come for the coaches — people who train K-pop idols — not because you have to sing K-pop. Most hobby students work on pop, R&B, or ballads. Audition students bring the song they need for the room.

Beginners are welcome. Most of our students are hobbyists who started with little to no vocal training. Our coaches work with all levels — from absolute beginners to audition-level performers. Start with a 15-minute vocal diagnosis (in English; this intro call does not include a PDF). If we can help, you choose a package on the call.

Pro coaches are currently or formerly employed at Korea's Big 4 entertainment companies (SM, YG, JYP, HYBE) and have directly trained major K-pop artists. Lite coaches are rigorously vetted professionals with 10+ years of vocal training experience and English communication ability. Both tiers deliver exceptional results — Pro offers the ultimate K-pop industry pedigree.

Refunds follow the formula in our Terms, and we confirm the amount with you before processing. The per-lesson price is what you paid divided by the regular lessons (an 8+1 package counts as 9; an 18+2 package counts as 20). Bonus lessons and courtesy lessons are used last and are not refunded. A partial refund is the amount paid, minus lessons used times that price, minus a 10% cancellation fee. On your first paid package, ask within 72 hours after the first lesson and before a second lesson, and we refund the remaining regular lessons with no cancellation fee. A payment-processing fee may be deducted, except when the law forbids it or the refund is our fault. Unused make-up credits count as unused lessons. Lessons restored within 14 days after expiry, and lessons extended because you repurchased, are not refundable. After expiry, nothing is refunded. We reply within 7 business days. Once you confirm, we ask the payment provider to return the money within 3 business days, to the original payment method.

Absolutely. Our students across 30+ countries consistently see measurable improvement within their first few lessons. Each session is conducted via Zoom with a professional Korean vocal coach, and you receive detailed lesson notes and video recordings after every class. Many students tell us they've improved more with us online than with local in-person teachers.

No. Lessons include a trained vocal interpreter. Japanese-speaking coaches are available for Japanese lessons. The diagnosis call is in English.

Each lesson is a 1:1 Zoom session with your Korean industry coach and a bilingual interpreter. They listen to your voice, diagnose issues in real-time, and work through technique personalized to YOUR voice. After every session you get detailed lesson notes and a full video recording with 7-day access.

Book a 15-minute vocal diagnosis on Google Meet. The call is in English. Bring a singing clip if you have one. If we can help, you choose a package on the call. This intro call does not include a PDF. A written PDF report comes with paid consultation only. If a paid consultation books the same time, this intro call may be moved or cancelled.

Yes. Students as young as 8 take lessons. Purchases are made by someone aged 18 or older. A student under 18 needs a parent or guardian’s consent and email address. The guardian joins the consultation. Once they have consented, they do not need to attend the lessons or the Trial. A recording of every lesson is shared with the guardian afterwards.
